Varicocelectectmoy is a surgery that consists on the laparoscopic variocele ligation. According to statistics, this method is better than the classical methods for treating variocele that are open surgery and embolization.

Testicular injury and hydrocele formation are also very strange and unusual and they occur in a 1% of the cases. The surgery presents a high improvement in the sperm count that can rise to the 70%. Two common complications that appear in all the surgeries are the risk of having an infection or an adverse reaction to the anesthesia.
